Awful. Order took well over an hour. I saw the driver pull up but waited bc I wasn't 100% sure it was him.
After 5 minutes, I got a call from them to say their driver had been knocked and waited for 20 mins. This was a complete lie and doesn’t even make sense because I live in apartment block. He did not even get out of his car, or try to ring me like they have always done previously.
Worst of all - ice cream was horrible. The chocolate sauce had a really bad taste. I loved it when it was Sundae Scoops, ever since the new ownership it has really gone down hill. Won't order again.

Response from the owner

We enquired about your concern, it was totally misunderstanding from girl who was calling you. In fact, driver was waiting for another customer’s delivery but girl told you about waiting time. You are our valued customer and we also will address your concern about chocolate sauce. Thanks 🙏 …

Great little spot in the heart of Newbridge to indulge your senses in sweet treats.
A great selection of milkshakes, sundaes, hot drinks and ice cream. Prices are reasonable and affordable given the current economic climate
Staff are helpful and approachable.
Delivery to Newbridge is available.

Used to enjoy their ice-cream sundae, was absolutely delicious. However, it appears that with the management that has bought the place, the sundae cups have gotten smaller and actual filling of the ice cream in the cups is smaller, the cups used to be filled to the brim, and recently, its been drastically underfilled. Yet, im still paying the same amount, doesnt feel as if im am getting my money worth as i used to before.

Response from the owner

We have bigger ice cream cups now with same taste. Thanks
